Its’ toning and healing effects were used to “strengthen the soul and warm the body” for hundreds of years. Today Ivan-tea is gaining back the popularity, as it contains more vitamin C than lemons. More and more people drink it every day to get healthier and stronger. We mixed Ivan-tea with natural briar to make our «Lesnoe chudo» tea that will warm you no matter how cold is outside.
Ingredients: willow-herb (Ivan-tea), briar, thyme.
Using: put one teabag into the cup or teapot, pour the hot water and let it steep for 3-4 minutes.
